Swarovski crystal beads added to jazz up ornaments

Here is my ornament for my Guild exchange. I added some swarovski crystal beads to jazz it up a bit.



And here is the backside. I wanted to write my favorite saying..."A butterfly in winter is a thing you never see, but dream of the impossible as painted here for thee"...but I didn't have room for all of that, so I just wrote..."Believe".

I strung the beads with clear monofiliment (invisible) thread that I have for use on my sewing machine. I tied them through the braid trim before I glued the trim onto the ornament...and I made sure that I glued the knot very well on the inner side of the braid trim before attaching it to the ornament....so hopefully the beads are there to stay without breaking! :)
